In order to establish a comfortable lodging place for volunteer groups Esperanza built a facility with dorm rooms that can house up to 64 persons. It includes kitchen, bathrooms and meeting rooms. This Posada is used by other local groups, foreigners, businesses, and schools for meetings, retreats, and other uses. It's a friendly, comfortable space.

Esperanza has also built a community center on the Posada Esperanza campus that provides a variety of services to the local community.

Posada Esperanza also supports FEM’s environmental programs through it’s gray water processing system for irrigation, composting and recycling.
